For these reasons, James believes that Internet retailers can NOT provide the level of service James customers deserve and James does NOT authorize any dealer to sell any product via the Internet or Mail Order. Know your seller! James products purchased from unauthorized sources may be stolen, used, damaged, repaired, or altered and are NOT covered by James warranties. James factory warranties only apply to products purchased from authorized James dealers. If you purchase a James product from a seller who is not an authorized dealer: The James warranty does not apply and you will be charged for any repairs we make to the product, and James will not provide any factory support or help you if you have a problem with the seller regarding your purchase or service.
